Apple Update

So far so good with the apples! We've finished off a little more than 1/2 the bag. Matt and I have been eating 1 or 2 a day just as nature intended in addition to my cooking pursuits. I made us a "healthier" apple crisp with a yummy oatmeal, splenda, and flour topping and some super cinnamon applesauce. Recipes and photos to come!
